Lisa Herbst has more than 20 years of high technology industry experience with a diverse background in finance, investor relations, corporate consulting and executive search.

Ms. Herbst manages the operations of SearchManagement, which she founded in 1999 to provide professional and executive search services to growth companies.

From 1995 to 1999 she was president of Herbst Consulting, an investor relations advisory firm for companies seeking to increase shareholder value. In this capacity, Ms. Herbst conducted consulting engagements for more than two dozen U.S. high technology firms.  Clients included start-ups, emerging growth and Fortune 1000 companies.

Prior to 1995, Ms. Herbst spent eleven years directing the corporate investor relations function at four successive companies, first in Boston and later in the San Francisco Bay area.

From 1979 to 1983 she was a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston, earning her C.P.A. degree in the state of Massachusetts.

Ms. Herbst graduated from the University of Connecticut's School of Business with a B.S. in accounting.  She received her M.B.A. from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
