One of Silicon Valley's leading investor and public relations consulting firms is seeking an accomplished IR professional to handle account management, IR program planning and execution, and staff
training and development. The Account Supervisor co-manages an account team, reporting to the Senior Account Director.
The successful candidate will have 5 years of financial communications experience in an agency or high tech environment.
The candidate should have established contacts in the financial community and be a skilled relationship builder with strong oral and written communications skills. He or she should be knowledgeable concerning SEC disclosure rules and the workings of US financial markets. The Account Supervisor may work on up to 5 client accounts and will assist in the supervision and training of account team staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Client IR strategic planning and disclosure planning
- Quarterly earnings announcements and related conference call/webcast activities
- Direction of SEC filings including 10-Qs and 10-Ks
- Analyst and shareholder targeting
- Financial presentations, client scripts and Q&A
- Financial conference planning
- Other client meetings, including one-on-ones, road shows and analyst days
- Hiring, training and supervision of an account team
Compensation will include base salary and incentive, plus excellent benefits.

Successful investor and public relations firm seeks an IR Account Executive to become an integral member of an account team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fast-track IR professional with a
desire to rapidly expand their high tech horizons and skills. You will work with high-growth Internet,
networking, semiconductor and enterprise software clients to create "best practice" IR programs. This is a core position with opportunities for rapid advancement to a management position at the
Firm. Principal responsibilities include:
- Plan and implement client IR programs, including ongoing interaction with client management and the Street
- Develop financial press, presentations, earnings announcements, webcasts, management scripts and other financial collateral, as appropriate
- Advise and support the client on the creation of the IR web site, quarterly shareholder reports and SEC filings
- Direct road shows and analyst/investor meetings
- Conduct targeting activities that enhance client sell-side coverage and buy-side ownership
The successful Account Executive candidate will have 2-3 years of IR experience in a high technology environment. Prior agency experience is a significant plus. He or she will have managed
a comprehensive IR program and have the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high growth environment. The Account Executive candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills, and will
be adept at multi-tasking and team-oriented assignments.
