Client Partnership
SearchManagement works closely with client management to develop an understanding of the company's culture, goals and long-term personnel requirements. We assess client needs to determine the skills and experience of the ideal candidate, and ensure that job requirements are well considered and complete.

Candidate Research
The Firm performs profiling, identification and pre-screening of qualified candidates, followed by in-depth interviews and reference checking.  This assures us that the candidate possesses the correct set of personal and professional skills to achieve job success. 

End-to-End Support
We drive the search and candidate evaluation process from the initial job definition through candidate selection, job offer and employment. We assist clients in structuring the offer package, and maintain ongoing contact with the candidate from offer to acceptance to assimilation into his or her new organization.
