- In concert with human resources and the hiring manager, develop a detailed position specification that properly reflects the job requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Network, source and identify candidates.
- Interview and present qualified candidates to the company on a timely basis.
- Perform reference checking of all candidates selected for interview by the company.
- Help the company prepare an offer letter and negotiate compensation issues.
- Conduct status meetings with management and assist the company in all matters of the search.
