• Interview and present qualified candidates to the company on a timely basis.
   
• Perform reference checking of all candidates selected for interview by the company.
   
• Help the company prepare an offer letter and negotiate compensation issues.
   
• Conduct status meetings with management and assist the company in all matters of the search.
